When visiting sightseeing spots around Kuromame-san during your stay, bicycles are available for rent, and transfers to JR Shimoyama Station can also be arranged. Please feel free to ask.

【Day 1】

１１：００	Meet at Sonobe Station (West Exit) → Check-in
１１：３０	Tour and orientation at Kuromame-san facility
１２：３０	Lunch → together with the residents
１３：３０	Caregiving Technique Lesson [2h] → Basics: How to use 　the body based on martial arts
１６：３０	Free time
１８：３０	Dinner → Social gathering with Kuromame-san staff
	Optional 🪵 Enjoy a bath infused with cypress wood (Hiba bath)

【Day 2】

０８：００	Breakfast (local cuisine)
０９：３０	Caregiving Technique Lesson [2h] → Basics: How to use the body based on martial arts
１２：３０	Lunch → together with the residents
１４：００	Day-care experience / Cultural activities ※Content varies by season
