When visiting sightseeing spots around Kuromame-san during your stay, bicycles are available for rent, and transfers to JR Shimoyama Station can also be arranged. Please feel free to ask.

【Day 1】

１１：３０	Tour and orientation at Kuromame-san facility
１２：３０	Lunch → together with the residents
１３：３０	Orientation → Introduction to 　Japanese caregiving
１４：３０	Caregiving Technique Lesson [2h] → From basics to advanced: using the body through martial arts principles
１６：３０	Free time
１８：３０	Dinner → Social gathering with Kuromame-san staff
	Optional: 🪵 Relax in a cypress-wood bath → Hiba bath
